It’s time to get back to school, and when we hear that phrase, we often think about our little kid selves shopping for school supplies, feeling the excitement of seeing our classmates on the first day.

It’s a fun time for children and adults who are starting a new season, and for some, a new chapter of their lives. You are an important part of that journey, and your work provides not only the logistical and intellectual support, you’re also supplying a good measure of hope for their future.

That’s why walking around a college campus at the beginning of the fall semester always has a certain energy about it. Change is in the air. And while it is sometimes a bit anxiety-producing, change also comes with a beautiful anticipation for what’s to come.
