Workday Support Services (WSS) is a unit within the University of Arkansas System Information Technology Division that supports the centralized administrative operations in Workday for Finance, Procurement, Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Student Information within the University of Arkansas System.

The precursor to Workday Support Services was known as Project One, an initiative developed to bring member institutions of the System onto a common, modern platform for resource planning with the goal of better alignment and easier exchange of data between them.

Workday for HCM and Finance is live at all UA System institutions as of July 2022. Workday Student is live at 14 institutions serving students as of August 2025. To read more about the implementation of Workday, visit the Project One page.

WSS supports institutions in the utilization of Workday by operating in a tiered support structure, providing troubleshooting, configuration changes, and security updates when requested by institutional Workday teams.
