Getting Chili With It

Did you know that February 27 is National Chili Day? Did you know that chili even warranted its own day? Of course, it does — chili brings people together!

Though it’s not without controversy. After all, very few foods inspire a competitive cook-off. And there’s the age-old beans vs. no beans debate.


Do you prefer chili with or without beans?

Chili’s diversity is part of its charm. The variety of ingredients in your recipe and the endless supply of excellent toppings can make anyone’s chili a unique culinary experience.

Workday has a similar flavor (you knew this was coming). Institutions work hard to configure their ingredients, then we slow cook them into a savory meal. And there’s a fair amount of taste-testing to get it just right. Make some adjustments, add some cheese, and you’ve got a little something to share with your co-workers. Remember to deliver it all with great care, of course. Just ask Kevin.
