Students, faculty, and staff are all encouraged to attend and experience Workday Student firsthand through hands-on demonstrations and activities. This is an opportunity to simulate key tasks and practice various academic processes in a lab setting— conveniently located at your campus — before Workday Student goes live.

What is Workday Student?
Workday Student will be the primary platform used to support the administrative services associated with a student’s progression from admission through graduation, including student records, degree planning, course rosters, grading, advising, and transcripts.
Workday is easy to use, as it features a ‘My Tasks’ area that makes it clear when actions are needed and is built on ‘Hubs’ for areas like academics and financials, allowing students and faculty to find their information and initiate tasks anytime and anywhere.
Students will use Workday Student to:
- Apply for admission
- View your schedule
- View your financial aid
- Pay your tuition and fees
- Track your academic progress and grades
Faculty will use Workday Student to:
- Review your teaching schedule
- View class rosters
- Enter final grades
- Review advisees and degree plans
- View class rosters
Staff will use Workday Student to:
- Find or update student information
- Complete tasks for admissions, enrollment, records, and financial aid
- Support students with self-service tasks
